This project is a combined 2 corner condo units. The client is a bachelor who divides time living in the metropolitan NYC, the sophisticated and artsy Paris, and in a conservative / traditional family in Manila. He has been exposed to various architecture and culture so we created two different/ distinct look to showcase his cosmopolitan lifestyle. The 1st corner unit is his private zone composed of the Ensuite Master Bedroom, a Den/ study and a living / Entertainment Lounge with an open Bar. In this unit, we created a classic, understated look accentuated with mid century modern elements like the Eames Lounge Chair, the vintage drop light at the Bar area and the customized patterned iron grille door in the Den. Thru a corridor or through another main door, one can access the other corner unit which has another Living area, the Dining Area, Kitchen, a Powder Room and an Ensuite Guest room. This unit has a more contemporary streamlined look using natural and warm materials in beige and wood.
